Generalities
The present terms and conditions govern exclusively the accommodation and reception services of La Maison Bachelet, Chambres d'hôtes and gîte, offered online on the site https://www.lamaisonbachelet.com. The fact that any customer uses the services of La Maison Bachelet implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. La Maison Bachelet reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the most recent GTC in force. The https://www.lamaisonbachelet.com website is dedicated to non-trading individuals.
Services
The photographs illustrating the site, in support of the texts, do not enter into the contractual fields. La Maison Bachelet cannot be held responsible for any errors. The site mentions the essential characteristics of the services. In all cases, the customer may contact :
- La Maison Bachelet by calling 06 86 49 39 52 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, or by filling in the form in the "Contact us" section of the website.
Disponibilities
Service offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, for the current calendar year.
Prices
Prices displayed on the site https://www.lamaisonbachelet.com are indicated in Euros. They include VAT. The amount to be paid is shown on the invoice at the time of payment. In all cases, La Maison Bachelet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of booking.
Payment for services is made in Euros:
- by credit card, Visa or MasterCard.
- Or by bank transfer, the bank details of La Maison Bachelet being sent by e-mail to the customer after confirmation of the reservation.
- or by cheque (France) payable to SAS MAURYDORE and sent to SAS MAURYDORE - 15 rue du Passeville- 66530 CLAIRA. In this case, the reservation is only validated once the cheque has been cashed.
The duration of the reservation is fixed by contract.
A security deposit (advance of 30% of the rent) is paid to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable (except in cases of force majeure).
A security deposit (50% of the rent) may be required on arrival. It is returned on the day of departure if no damage has been caused.
Jurisdiction
The law applicable to reservations is French law. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, which shall apply French law.
Information technology and civil liberties
The personal data requested from the customer when requesting information or making a reservation is essential for confirming the reservation. This data may also be used to improve the quality of service and to better meet the customer's expectations, in particular by providing information on services and special offers that may be of interest. Customers wishing to object to this use may do so by sending an explicit message via the form on the contact page.
In all cases and in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her by writing to the following address:
